TRIPOLI - Saif al-Islam Gaddafi son of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi former known to be attacked as long as he was in custody in Libya. This was said by the lawyers of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Xavier-Jean Keita assess the Libyan authorities failed to provide dental care for Saif. Besides his family were taken to visit and continue to put Saif in custody for 139 days of isolation.

by a lawyer.
Saif wants the ICC trial in The Hague, Netherlands to face charges of crimes against humanity. The indictment was handed down to Saif, based on its role in dealing with the opponents of the power of his father years ago. ICC arrest warrant was issued on June 27 last.
While Saif himself is still being held in the City of Zintan, after being arrested on 19 November. During Saif was arrested, Keita claimed only given the chance to meet him one time, that too was short.
Keita sent by the office of public companion ICC (OPCD), it acts as a party that provides assistance to Saif, for himself through the legal process.
"The right to representation (to SAIF) is obtained by OPCD. Addition OPCD also do not have the opportunity to communicate with Gaddafi, in order to see their needs as well as providing an important documents to him," he said.
