According to an official rescue team, a bomb believed to have originated in two vehicles in front of the church. "At this time of the dead 20 people from the twin blasts," said an official who declined to be named,
"The bomb was hidden in two cars exploded directly opposite the church," the official said.
Meanwhile, Pope Benedict XVI in a speech 'Urbi et Orbi' during the celebration of Easter at the Vatican, calling for peace and stability in Mali and condemned terrorist attacks against Christian churches in Nigeria.
"May Christ give peace and stability to Nigeria is experiencing a terrorist attack. May the joy of Easter provides the power necessary to build a peaceful society and respect the religious freedom of its citizens," said Pope Benedict XVI.
