"The implementation of the principles in the Code is important for FIFA and the organization's mission," the FIFA document, as quoted by AP news agency.
FIFA recently been overshadowed by a number of bribery and corruption, among soccer players, referees, and officials in several countries, which encourage the formation of Transparency Task Force.
In addition to discussing the new Ethics Code, the annual congress in Budapest on 24 and May 25 will also discuss the oldest age restriction of 72 years for candidates for all positions in FIFA.
Other discussions regarding the proposal of new sanctions on players and officials in the form of charitable work and restrictions for the referee and match officials, to get cash if serving in an international tournament.
