The prospective 23-year-old officer is from the Royal Military Academy at Duntroon, Canberra. The academy commander, Brigadier David Luhrs confirmed, he would not tolerate such action if it is proven true.
"Without making any judgment on this case, I assert that the conduct alleged in this case absolutely disgusting, especially for me personally," said Brigadier David Luhrs.
